The legislator equated the period of legal stay on the basis of the law of foreigners - refugees from Ukraine with the stay of other foreigners who, due to anti-covid regulations, may stay in Poland without valid residence documents. However, it has already set a date by which all foreigners without valid residence permits should submit legalization applications. That date is August 24, 2023! After this date, your stay in Poland will be illegal as long as you stayed on the basis of provisions extending the validity of your documents by law or you intend to stay in Poland for longer as a "refugee" from Ukraine. Therefore, it is worth taking care of the legalization of your stay now and submitting the appropriate applications.
And if there is little time left to submit an application for a residence permit, use our LEGAL EMERGENCY service - thanks to which you will immediately receive support in emergency situations. Familiarize yourself with this quick way of support by clicking on the offer in the bar above.
